So, in theory, this means you should only need to send a sim to shop from the Grocery Rabbithole Rug once but this doesn’t always work in practice. Once the ingredients are sold, the mod can be set up to make a sim restock them, which then automatically replaces the ingredients on the shelves. I’m using Ani’s Savvier Seller Mod which allows sims to buy the ingredients. Now you can send your Sim to the store for all the necessary ingredients. Then it’s just a matter of dragging the ingredients from her personal inventory onto the shelves in the Grocery Store. Once she’s finished shopping from the rug, I sell it in Buy Mode. Then I click on the rug and make her ‘Shop for Groceries’. The ingredients are all from the Grocery Rabbithole but seeing as I don’t have a Grocery Rabbithole Building in my town, I buy a Grocery Rabbithole Rug (* see below for download link) from Buy Mode and temporarily place it in my active sims house.
